EFT is also known as tapping and is based on the ancient healing principals of acupuncture, shiatsu massage and reflexology amongst other modalities. EFT helps you to clear away negative energies by stimulating the energy meridian points. Matrix Re-imprinting then takes the tapping a step further and re-imprints a positive or more adaptive memory field.

EFT has met the 7 essential criteria the American Psychology Association recommends for a therapy to be considered ‘empirically validated’.
Although incredibly simple, this technique of tapping has been shown to have significant positive effects on numerous body systems. It is now recognised that EFT profoundly affects us on a physiological and biological level regardless of whether we believe in it or not. The argument is now about whether it is to do with moving energy which takes us into the realms of quantum physics.
