Nutritional Therapy:
We look at how your diet and lifestyle are creating nutritional imbalances. I offer practical, evidence-based recommendations and testing to help you understand what is contributing to your specific health concerns. We’ll work collaboratively to ensure that the recommendations are achievable.
Wellbeing and EFT Coaching:
We tackle the hardest part which is changing behaviour. You may know what you should be doing but something is getting in the way of you making the changes. Coaching helps you to explore the barriers and reach your goals. EFT is used to clear the emotional stress blocks assiciated with chronic pain and food fear.

Nutritional Therapy
Nutritional therapy to help you find the root cause of symptoms by looking at how your diet and lifestyle may be a contributory factor or the sole cause of symptoms. If adjusting the diet isn’t enough, we can also do functional tests. Many of these test are not available on the NHS or simply do not go into sufficient depth.

Helping you to reach your desired health aims. Freeing you from limiting beliefs and patterns to set you free to take charge of your health. Sometimes you know what you need to do but doing it can be hard. That is until you find out what your body is trying to protect you from!

Emotional Freedom Technique
EFT to help free emotional and physical pain. To help you to reframe how you perceive yourself, your negative self-beliefs. Using EFT & Matrix Reimprinting, can help you shift your unconscious beliefs and reimprint positive ones.
