In Nutritional Therapy, I look at how your diet and lifestyle are affecting how you feel. I consider your nutritional imbalances and offer testing if necessary. I can help you to understand what may be contributing to your specific symptoms or individual health concerns. We’ll work collaboratively to ensure that the recommendations are practical and achievable, and I can guide you as to the best way of implementing them.

Changing behaviour can be hard. This is where coaching comes in. You may know what you should be doing but something is getting in the way of you making the changes. I can work with you to explore the barriers to you achieving your aims and help you reach your goals using either coaching or EFT or a combination of both.

Nutritional Therapy

Nutritional therapy to help you find the root cause of symptoms by looking at how your diet and lifestyle may be a contributory factor or the sole cause of symptoms. If adjusting the diet isn’t enough, we can also do functional tests. Many of these test are not available on the NHS or simply do not go into sufficient depth.
