Hi, I’m Lucy Harper.

I’m here to help you bridge the gap between where you are and where you know you can be.

For over a decade, I’ve worked as a Nutritional Therapist in Bristol, helping people solve the physical “puzzle” of their health. But I quickly realised that even the best nutrition plan won’t work if you’re stuck in a cycle of burnout, self-doubt, or hidden stress.

I understand the unique pressure of having “success on the outside” while feeling like you’re running on empty on the inside. You might be a high-achiever who is used to “getting things done,” but you’ve hit a wall where your body and mind just aren’t keeping up with your potential.

I’ve been there myself, and I’ve seen it with my clients—that nagging feeling that you are meant for more, but you’re just too exhausted or overwhelmed to reach for it.

    I was extremely impressed by the fact Lucy bases almost everything she recommends on current scientific research. Her wealth of knowledge and experience in nutrition is formidable yet she clearly also keeps up to date with current research. The inflammation in my hip and shoulder joints has been reduced significantly. I still need to determine whether it’s the nutritional supplements that have made the difference, or the elimination of certain foods; or a bit of both. Yet without a doubt, the inflammation/pain has now receded into the background.
